73% Grenache, l8% Syrah, 9% Mourvedre. This Southern Rhone style GSM blend has a nose of rose & cassis with notes of raspberry, anise, and tobacco on the palate.
This Grenache-dominant, Southern Rhone style blend was made by gently destemming the fruit and fermenting as whole berries with commercial yeasts. The wines were pressed into 4-year-old French 225L barrels where MLF took place. After 16 months of élevage the barrels were blended and bottled without any fining or filtration.
