2023 Rosé Noir
Our inaugural vintage of rose noir is a blend of 94% Syrah and 6% Grenache sourced from 5 vineyards across Washington State. The wine shows bright notes of cranberry and strawberry mingled with guava, flint, and spice. lO% of every bottle sold goes toward the GSBA Scholarship and Education Fund to support LGBTQ+ and allied students who demonstrate the vision and the ability to truly make a difference in the world.
Production notes
The wine was made via saignée after 24 hours on the grapeskins. It was fermented in neutral French oak and steel via commercial and indigenous yeasts before aging on the lees for 6 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
